   Do you consider your precious dogs or cats part of your family?  Are you looking for a new home for you AND your pet?  Your pets are absolutely welcome at Canterbury Commons.  Many of our residents own pets and can be seen treating them to a stroll on a daily basis. 

Additionally, we've made it easy for our residents to pick up after their lovable pet by providing numerous Doggie Bag dispensers strategically sprinkled throughout the property for your convenience. A maximum of two pets per unit (one dog only) is allowed. There are some breed restrictions so please contact us to learn more. 

Our buildings have one and two bedroom units that our prospective residents can choose from. The above floor plans will give you a basic idea of what the layouts are for these types of units throughout the property.

 These floor plans are specifically designed with living in mind. The one-bedroom has one bath and over 500 square feet of living space.  The two bedroom has one bath and more than 700 square feet of living area.

   Canterbury Commons is a community that understands the importance of providing physical access to a facility. We have installed ramps to our Laundry Center, our Leasing Office and our Canoe Launch and fishing area to allow easy wheelchair access. 

Additionally, we have many first floor apartments that can be outfitted with ramps for entrance to your home.
